Yes. Its mandatory to possess an Alert pay account as you open a store. Your Alertpay account will facilitate the payment process to your store orders.
To open an Alertpay account you can go to My Settings Page and can see a link "Open New Account" which will redirect to Alertpay website. You might be asked to provide some credentials to get your account verified.
