Dreamtotheworld mf inc. will gladly stop monthly or yearly automatic billing on any  Internet Services account or service provided.



If you sign up for a monthly service and request the service to be canceled, your account will no longer be rebilled starting with the date of your notification.



Your service will still be active until the renewal date; at which time the account will be canceled and deleted from our system.



To cancel your account, simply login to your account using the link below and click on the cancel button. Go to my account and click in my profile and them close your account.



If you lost your login information, use the secure email link on this page and select the option to send mail to the support department with your request to stop future billing to your account.



Please be sure to include your first and last name as well as your Dreamtotheworld user name when making the request.



Dreamtotheworld mf inc will promptly refund any charges made, If your request was placed before your rebill date and for any reason your account was still charged.

Refunds will only be considered for purchases made via dreamtotheworld admin store by cash, debit card, or credit card. Gift card purchases will not be considered for refunds.



All refunds shall be issued via cheque. Please submit the following documentation with your request:

  •      Receipt of original purchase.

  •      Name, address and phone number of requestor.

  •      Explanation for refund request.




Merchandise must be in PERFECT condition



Requests for a refund are accepted within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. Each request must be accompanied by a detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.



By mutual consent, exchanges will be made to avoid refunds. Such exchanges will be offered on case by case basis.



We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
